Roots and memories
Daniele grew up among the scents and flavors of his mother's kitchen, Dante Dina . Even though she didn't have a real pasta factory, her mother transformed the house into a home-made pasta laboratory. For a whole year, Daniele would get up at dawn to learn every secret: from rolling out thin sheets of pasta to perfecting the fillings, to the art of manual drawing.

Passion and responsibility
Immersed in the atmosphere of flour and affection, Daniele has chosen to revive the family tradition as a true mission. With respect for those who deal with celiac disease, he has transformed his mother's recipe into a line of 100% gluten-free artisanal pasta, capable of combining authentic flavor and maximum safety.

An adventure for two
Daniele, supported by his wife Elodia, is the beating heart of the pasta factory. Together they choose the flours, manage the laboratory and take care of every detail - from the recipe to the packaging - to guarantee a genuine product full of passion.

The project comes to life
After years of refinements and tests, the dream came true : the Dante Dina laboratory was born. That small family project has become a workshop of flavors, where tradition and innovation meet every day.

From the choice of the mill to the plate
Each flour is personally selected at the mill, to check its purity and cooking yield. Thanks to bronze drawing and low-temperature drying, our pasta maintains porosity and flavor, ready to capture every seasoning.
We know how important a peaceful meal is for families with childhood celiac disease. That's why each shape—stars, shells, tagliolini—is designed to be digestible, colorful, and fun, without sacrificing the safety of a certified product.

A modern environment equipped according to the most stringent control standards. In addition to the store on site, we have another point of sale always in Formia in via Olivastro Spaventola.
